Sophos to takeover Astaro for complete, layered security protection

Sophos, a global security leader, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Astaro, a privately held provider of network security solutions, headquartered in Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA and Karlsruhe, Germany.
